We live in the beautiful state of Michigan where it can get hot & humid in the Summer & bitter cold in the Winter. However, we are surrounded by the beautiful breath taking Great Lakes! We also witness Fall foliage that can knock your socks off year after year, and we even enjoy getting snowed in on Christmas once in a while.
My husband and I have worked hard over the last 9 years renovating our dated 1994 Cape Cod style home that is nestled back in between a small forest and a lake. The best part is, we saved tons of money and share it all on this blog.
