I need all the energy I can get right now, you guys 💪🏻! Our garage is packed full of everything I purged from our house (here’s more on that situation). When I say packed full, I mean PACKED FULL. Kind of like this Avocado Shrimp Wrap that I had for lunch today. O. My. Goodness. Doesn’t it just look so yummy? It’s perfect for a quick lunch when you are busy.
{TIP: My talented DIY friend, Kristi, from Chatfield Court is here today, too. She’s sharing a scrumptious lunch recipe you can find after my recipe.}

I am a huge shrimp lover, and I also love avocados. When I looked in the fridge for lunch and I spotted left over shrimp and 1/2 of an avocado, I grabbed them not really knowing what I would make. Then I saw my low calorie, low carb wraps 😎. I actually make pizza with these, have you ever tried that? You can find that “Pizza for One” recipe here: PIZZA.

After I pictured the avocado and shrimp in the wrap 🥑, I knew it needed some crunch, and a little more zing. That’s when I thought a few veggies and some mayo would finish it off perfectly.
All I had to do was roll that baby up with a little salt & pepper and gobble it up. My tummy was completely full with only 261 calories! That is really low, but with all of that protein it will keep you full longer and won’t make you crash like other things do.

I wish I had more time, but I gotta price everything in my purge garage sale. If you live in the area (SE Michigan) message me here if you would like to attend our “Operation Home Purge” garage sale. I’ll also be sharing how I managed to purge everything from our home we no longer use, and sell it without losing my mind. It’s been a win win.
