Happy New Year, everyone!  If you happen to be new here 😀 , I invite you to subscribe to my free weekly NEWSLETTER HERE so you don’t miss our next DIY home improvement project.   The year 2018 has been a wonderful creative time here at redheadcandecorate.com, so I will be sharing the top 10 most popular posts from 2018 this weekend.  Until then, my friends and I from “The Cooking Housewives” have decided it would be a good time to share our “Healthy Recipes to Help Lose Weight”.

I openly admit…I am always struggling to lose weight.  My happy weight isn’t far off, but I can’t ever seem to quite reach it 🙄 .  I am absolutely determined to do it this year because my husband and I are renewing our wedding vows this Summer for our 25th wedding anniversary  😯 . I really want to be at my best, not only for him, but especially for ME!

Below you will find some of my very favorite healthy recipes and then if you scroll all the way down, you’ll see even more from The Cooking Housewives.  My favorite is of course my very popular healthy Olive Garden salad recipe.  This recipe has been pinned hundreds of thousands of times, and not 1 bad review…

    Hi Julie:
I am going to make the strawberry slushies (with a splash of vodka of course) for Valentines Dinner. Thought the red would go nicely.

Thanks for your updated version of the Olive Garden dressing as well. Wasn’t aware that oil was so bad.

    Cheers, Bette
