Love that darling chandy and I agree glass storage is better than plastic any day. I always think food tastes like plastic when it’s used.
Hi Julie. I, too, am a Julie, a redhead, and originally from Muncie, Indiana. Muncie is the home of Ball Brothers and the original Ball jar. I have had the privilege of knowing some of the Ball family through the years and have collected awesome Ball jars for many, many years. I am proud to say I have one of the original prototypes from back in the very early years. It sits on a shelf, in the kitchen, as the centerpiece of many “old” Ball jars. I am also a DIY gal and LOVE to decorate. So happy to have found your sight.
This is truly amazing, Julie! We have so many similarities. I bet that Ball Jar is gorgeous. Please tell the “Ball’s” hello from me. So happy we met!
