I grew up eating my sister’s baked goods.  One of Carolyn’s specialties was (is) her Banana Bread Recipe.  She is 7 years older than me, so she would get home from school earlier, and would always be baking something.  It was pure heaven.  I have no idea where she got this recipe from, but it’s good.  It’s a nice way to use up the ripe bananas too.

Moist Banana Bread, with just the right sweetness, and this recipe makes 2 loaves quick. You'll need 4 very ripe bananas!

This is perfect for rushed mornings, or on the go.  It doesn’t need anything except a glass of milk, or cup of tea.

Make it as soon as possible!
