Hey, guys! My husband, Rick, and I, along with our 2 children (20 & 17), and even our 3 cats, have hunkered down here in SE Michigan and plan to stay this way for at least another 3 weeks (quarantine). I plan to continue to post every weekend, and maybe a few in-between when I feel they are helpful posts full of tips to help you and your family get through this difficult time. Last week, I posted 10 Alternatives to Toilet Paper, and now it’s time to spoil ourselves with this yummy Cinnamon Bread Recipe I reviewed for us last night!

This Cinnamon Bread recipe is not mine, I just happen to come across it on Pinterest (follow me here). I decided to try this one because my family LOVES cinnamon and I think we all need a little comfort these days. I also had all of the ingredients, and it sounded simple.

We absolutely loved every morsel of this cinnamon bread and I completely recommend you try it! It ended up being very moist, and crunchy on the outside, but not too crunchy. The only change I made is that I decreased the sugar at the end where you add it to the top. It just seemed like there was enough sugar, so be your own judge on that. I would say I decreased it by 1/4 cup.

It’s me again. I made the cinnamon bread and it turned out fantastic. Except the top didn’t look like yours and a lot of the sugar fell off the top. Was I supposed to swirl that in too? It didn’t say on the recipe to swirl the last topping in.
    Cheers, Bette
