Take a Tour of Our Gorgeous North Carolina Beach Lighthouse Rental
Hi guys, Julie here! I’ve been missing in action lately because I took a little time off with my husband on the North Carolina coast for our vacation. I hope you enjoy this beautiful tour of our gorgeous North Carolina Beach Lighthouse! This is our 4th time to the lighthouse beach rental property, and we completely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, romantic escape. I hope you enjoy this “photo tour” I just took last week right when we arrived. After the photo tour, you can find a link at the bottom of this post that contains more information on our last visit which also contains the rental link. Please let them know Julie & Rick sent you!
Can you tell how exited I am? We were unpacking and so happy to start our 10 night vacation (little did we know a storm was brewing)!
This is the view from the pier about .5 miles from our beach front balcony.
Looks like we were the only guests for the night, but this place books continuously, and can be hard to get…so if interested check out that big link I left at the end of the post.
Ahhhh…it was a long drive guys! The decorating was clean, coastal, & rustic-SO BEAUTIFUL. The gorgeous wood bed was extremely comfortable. No sinking, and the air flow in the room was perfect no matter what was going on outside.
The second bedroom which we used for our suitcases 😆, and changing room. By the way, the windows all have excellent black out blinds, or drapes.
The bathroom is one of my favorite parts, BUT my only issue is the shower head is not “female friendly”. All showers in the universe should have a hand held sprayer so that a woman can use it to clean herself. Enough said on that 😉.
We didn’t use the table much, but we did use the kitchen for a couple nights home, and breakfast every day. Here’s my 115 Calorie Omelet Recipe that we ate so we could indulge later.
This fourth visit we decided to splurge and rent #9 “The Beacon” which has this very soothing coastal lighthouse room that is the actual lighthouse! We enjoyed our quiet time with tea & coffee in here during a huge 3 day storm we endured during our stay. We felt very safe even though it got rather scary on the coast.
This was right before the storm hit…wouldn’t even know it, right? Look how close the ocean is.
We nestled here every night and watched a movie (Have you seen Top Gun II? 😲). I think there is a few pieces of popcorn under the sofa from us 😬. We left a full unopened container of crab meat in the fridge for our cleaning lady. I sure hope she was able to enjoy it.
Can you believe how close the ocean is at this North Carolina Beach Lighthouse Rental? You can hear the ocean waves through the night as long as the door is open. Pure heaven on Earth! You can see it on our faces ha ha…
Aren’t our coastlines gorgeous? I love my NC home. Sorry you had stormy weather this time. We live in the center of NC, about 3 hrs drive to the coast or the mountains. If you haven’t visited our beautiful mountains yet, I recommend it highly.
Thank you, Laurel my friend! The way I look at it is I’ve made some of the nicest, most supportive friends through this blog. Friends are hard to find… supportive ones especially! Thank you for being here.
Hi my friend, I first saw your channel for diys. I loved your energy from the start. Love your beautiful Auburn hair. My granddaughter has the same, and she said kids at school make fun of her. I told her not to listen to any of them cuz they don’t know what they’re talking about. 😆
Anyway, I lost track of you somehow, so I’m glad I found you again. lol… Looks like a great place to vacay. Enjoy life when or however you can. It clears your head and gives you a new perspective. Aaahhhh…
