I’ve been hooked on “Door Knob Hooks” (especially the glass ones) since the very first time I saw them. They are just so cute, and versatile. Do you know the ones I’m referring to? They look like little antique door knobs with a victorian vibe. From the kitchen (kitchen towels), to the bedroom (great for blankets), over to the bathroom (hand towels), and down to the laundry room (clothes or coats)…they function nicely anywhere in our homes and are very easy to install. If you follow along, you may recall that we recently finished making over our laundry room. The one thing that I completely forgot to share was in fact the hooks. “Door Knob Hooks” to be exact!
Here’s a reminder of what the laundry room looked like before the makeover…see the long pine hook thing that I painted deep brown? Well, that is now living in my husband’s closet. Bye bye old guy (the hook not my handsome husband!). Time for the new slick dudes to come in…
Here’s the laundry room after the makeover, but before the hooks were installed…
Here are those slick dudes I was referring to…
I told you they are slick.
They fit in nicely, don’t you think?
They are perfect for me to hang anything I need to hang. I will probably use them for wet dish cloths or wet bath towels that can’t go in the hamper yet. Or maybe even hang my favorite shirts there to dry.

Thank you, Patricia!
Your blog has SO many ads popping up that I cannot focus on content. Is so distracting that I am unsubscribing
Hi Judy, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, one of the only ways that I can make a little money off of my little blog is by having ads. I work really hard to bring these ideas, photos, tutorials, recipes, and posts to my wonderful followers so “x-ing” out of the ads is really not asking that much after all the free information I am providing for you. The unsubscribe link is at the bottom of the e-mail if you scroll down you will see it. I will easily take the time to delete you from the list, so no worries. I hope you have a better day today! ~ Julie
When I was a little girl we lived with my Nonna and the house had beautiful glass doorknobs and cabinet knobs. I used to pretend they were diamonds…LOL
I did the exact same thing, Cheryl!!
Love those glass knobs; funny how those ‘old’ items keep coming back in style. Nice touch to any room!!

Looks really great! It’s an awesome change, congrats for that!
Thanks, Sean! -Julie
