Welcome back to Redhead’s Kitchen! Yes, it’s true. I’m crazy for cranberries. This wasn’t always the case. I grew up with that jiggly, jelli-fied canned cranberry gel my parents called cranberry sauce, but I never ate it. Yuck.
Today, however, I’ve come to not only enjoy homemade warm cranberry sauce, but I also enjoy cranberries in all sorts of dishes. My favorite being my “Cranberry Pecan Pie”. It only takes one cup of fresh cranberries to kick your pecan pie recipe up a notch.
I should also note, that I love decorating with cranberries. Yep, you hear me!
