Some of you may know that I am watching my carbohydrate intake right now.
I’m still eating good carbs, but I’ve deleted bread, pasta, rice, and refined sugar (most of it) from my diet.
I’ve lost 10 lbs. in the last 5 weeks, and I feel GREAT!
