I’m still eating good carbs, but I’ve deleted bread, pasta, rice, and refined sugar (most of it) from my diet.
I’ve lost 10 lbs. in the last 5 weeks, and I feel GREAT!

Julie, sure glad you included some of your low carb recipes. Leo and I try to cut the carbs as often as we can and I’ve been losing some pounds, too! Lately I’ve gotten on a smoothie kick but I haven’t posted any of my recipes. I just kinda throw things together in the blender! Pinning!
