I love cauliflower!
I like it raw, I like it steamed, and now I like it ROASTED!
I made this for us over the weekend, and we gobbled it up fast.
So good for you, too.
- 1 head of cauliflower
- olive oil
- S & P
- lemon juice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash cauliflower, and cut up into big bite size pieces. Place cauliflower florets on cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil all over them. Just a little goes a long way. Sprinkle paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice all over it. Mix it all up with your clean hands until the florets are covered with paprika color. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!

I love cauliflower! I’ve never roasted it though…I’ve always steamed it or eaten it raw. I definitely need to try this ~ yours looks delicious!
