PSST!
This is going to be the fastest post I have ever written!
I’m sneaking it in before my hubby gets home from work.
I just had to share this with you.
It’s our 19th wedding anniversary today and this is his gift.
I wanted to give him a unique, personalized, wedding anniversary frame, but something I could make.
I like it. There’s tons of mistakes, and it’s not perfect, but I MADE IT WITH LOTS OF LOVE.
Here’s what I started with:
Yes, yes, I know gold is in, but I don’t like it.
So I painted it.
I started with white, rubbed it off with a rag a little.
Then I added turquoise, and wiped that off too.
I wanted an old distressed look.
I also wrote some personal words on the mat board with a sharpie.
I took one of our favorite photos to the drug store and had them do a black & white.
That’s it!
Can’t wait to give it to him!
Peace out!
Happy Anniversary Richard!
I’m one lucky Redhead.
I love you!

Love this! IMHO, this type of gift is more precious than anything that could be bought in a store….well, maybe not diamonds. 😉 LOVE me some diamonds! Seriously, I hope he loved it too and a belated Happy Anniversary and all good wishes for many more.
