I was just mentioning on my Facebook page how I lost 7 pounds and brought my cholesterol down 50 pts. by decreasing saturated fat, sugar, and of course exercising more. It may also surprise some folks that I eat an egg every single day. Yep, I do! The versatility eggs offer in the morning, and the protein they provide just can’t be beat. With that being said…one of my most favorite go to recipes for brunch, is my Low Carb Quiche. Below you will find not only my quiche, but 7 other amazing brunch recipes that are perfect for Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or any day.
This Low Carb Quiche is made with low fat cottage cheese which is surprisingly very tasty in quiche. I also like to have mine with a side of avocado which adds to the heart healthy benefits of all the ingredients in this quiche. Thanks so much for wonderful post and recipes. Trying to help my hubby lower his cholesterol and blood sugar. Cutting out sugars, saturated fat and all junk food. Im doing the same and its amazing how much more energetic I feel. Hubbie is down 8 lbs. Congratulations on your weight loss. I can’t wait to try the quiche:-)

Just a few added pounds can really drag us down. I gained 8 lbs. from holidays to trying new recipes this past winter. Excerise and watching what I eat, now have only a few lbs. to go. There are however 2 recipes you shared I really need to try…Lol! Thanks for sharing
