{Giveaway is at bottom of tour}
This time next week, Christmas 2014 will be a cherished memory, and I’ll be sleeping in and hanging out with my family. We don’t have too much planned over Christmas break, but we are going bowling! If you don’t hear from me for a while, just imagine me with a pair of red & white bowling shoes, and a cold beer.
Welcome to my full “Christmas Home Tour” for 2014. It’s very cold here in Michigan. 25 degree to be exact. There is a dusting of snow, but very, very slight. They are predicting snow for Christmas Eve, so we are very excited.
Lets go get warm, inside. We have a fire going.
Last week, I shared the first part of the tour. You can view that here: Christmas Home Tour Part I
Now you can come in a little further to see the rest.
I lit everything up for you.
Then, I decided to set up a Santa rest stop. He gets tired you know.
As you can see, he brought his naughty & nice list…and he left his glasses on the chair!
Nothing beats the smell of fresh pine. I’m not a fan of perfect imitation trees.
I told my hubby I wanted to go smaller this year, but he didn’t like that idea.
I guess we will do it as long as we are able.
Lets go into the kitchen now…
As you walk in, you’ll notice these pretty candles on our shelves next to the fireplace.
The clear glass vases are from the dollar store. I filled them with epsom salt, added a tea light, and tied a ribbon on them.
The pine branches and pine cones are from outside.
My Home Depot light fixture got into the action this year.
The fresh pine is just placed in there. Nothing to it.
If you would like to make these free place card holders just click here:

Isn’t that “Vintage Red Bulb Wreath” beautiful? I found it at Homegoods.
Have you ever considered using real socks for Christmas stockings? That’s what I did here…
Oh, hi Sylvia!
Here’s the kitchen right before our Christmas party started. We had a blast in there.
The “Appetizer Tree” was huge hit.
I decided to bring my plastic vintage Santa inside this year.
He seemed so out of place outside with no snow.
He was pretty happy about that.
Here’s information on our fresh Boxwood Berry Christmas Wreath.
Don’t worry, the burners were fine.
Finally…a place to rest.
You can find more information on this cute pillow here: Vintage Santa Pillow
I hope you enjoyed the tour.

A Beautiful, comfortable and inviting home. Thanks for sharing Julie. I’m excited about the prediction for snow on Wednesday as well. I just hope it doesn’t interfere with getting from our family gathering to Midnight Mass, about a 30 mile trek.
