Some of you may know that I am watching my carbohydrate intake right now.

I’m still eating good carbs, but I’ve deleted bread, pasta, rice, and refined sugar (most of it) from my diet.

I’ve lost 10 lbs. in the last 5 weeks, and I feel GREAT!

Below you will find a few recipes that I have been using to lose the weight.

  2. Julie, sure glad you included some of your low carb recipes. Leo and I try to cut the carbs as often as we can and I’ve been losing some pounds, too! Lately I’ve gotten on a smoothie kick but I haven’t posted any of my recipes. I just kinda throw things together in the blender! Pinning!
