Summer is heating up even in Michigan right now.  91 and thunderstorms today.  They are calling for warmer temps than usual this season, and that means we will want to do less oven cooking.  I have 7 Summer Salad Recipes here from last weeks Inspiration Monday Party that will surely knock your Winter socks off.
