Bountiful Harvest Blog Hop

Facebooktwitterpinterestmail

Good morning, and welcome to a special Sunday edition of redheadcandecorate.com.

I’m joining 9 other bloggers to bring you a “Bountiful Harvest Blog Hop”.

What that means is, you get to relax and let your hand do the clicking…

Out with Halloween, and in with my favorite holidays, Thanksgiving & Christmas.

For us, Thanksgiving is all about spending time with family, being thankful for that time,

and eating, a lot.

That means cooking too.

I don’t do much decorating for Thanksgiving.

I actually cleared out all the pumpkin decor today.

I am ready to slowly bring in Christmas.

I’ll start with a candle here, a wreath there, and maybe even a few Christmas lights.

The tree will come the day after Thanksgiving.

That means busy busy.

That’s why we all need an easy way to decorate our Thanksgiving table.

Presenting a candle idea that does just that.

Easy Cranberry Pecan Candle Centerpiece

I’ve been naturally attracted to cranberries lately and I can’t get enough of them.

Not only do I throw 1 cup of fresh cranberries in my pecan pie, but I also love to decorate with them.

With this “Cranberry Pecan Candle Centerpiece” what you see is what you get.

There are no secrets.

Just tie a pretty ribbon on your candle and find a platter to place it on.

Then scatter your cranberries and nuts.

Pine cones would look pretty too.

Before we get on with the blog hop, here’s one more idea for you in case you missed it.

Green Bean Candle (5 minutes to make!)

For this cute “Green Bean Cranberry Candle” I simply used a rubber band around the candle.

Then I stuck in fresh green beans.

Hide the rubber band with a pretty ribbon.

Here it is on my full “pretend” Thanksgiving Tablescape:

Now, if your thinking, forget decorating with cranberries Red.  I want to eat them.

I have that covered.

How about Cranberry Pecan Pie?

 Or Cranberry Muffins?

Okay…time to hop to the “Bountiful Harvest Blog Hop”.

Have a wonderful Sunday filled with cranberries???
