Michigan’s Fall foliage is fantastic.
When I lived down South I missed it terribly.
Now that I’m back up here, I never take it for granted.
Each year seems brighter than the last.
Like a kaleidoscope of Fall colors just waiting to be photographed.
This year they reminded me of fireworks…each road popping with splashes of color here and there.
A gift we shouldn’t ignore, but embrace.

Thank you for sharing nature’s spectacular show! Here in Calif. We don’t come close to such beauty. Now In Our 3 rd year of severe drought , we go from a little green to brown. A lot of brown 🙁 So your pics are a feast for the eyes ! I keep looking at them over and over. Sigh……

We’re in Michigan often in the summer and it’s gorgeous. I don’t get there often enough in the fall!

Thanks for the pictures. I grew up in Quebec where the fall colours are absolutely breathtaking owing to all our maple trees( world capital of maple syrup!) I’ve spent the past the last 16 years living in Switzerland where there are very few maple trees and I miss the fall colours soooo much?. I also miss the pumpkins and Halloween
It’s breathtaking! I live in Florida and we don’t really have anything like that. I love going up north to see it.
I LOVE to decorate for Autumn (it’s my favorite season). I always put a garland with orange lights around our front door. I put my Halloween Dept. 56 on the hall table & various other Autumn decorations. Also, several Autumn wreaths are on the doors.
