I’m going to get straight to the flame, I mean point.
This is how “Redhead’s Kitchen” will sizzle.
Twice a month, I will choose a category, or theme.
Then, I will feature my recipes & other blog recipes within that theme.
This way, you’ll have more recipe options and you’ll get a chance to meet new quality blogs.

For the debut, I decided to make it extra HOT for all of us.
My theme is “Superbowl Favorites”.
Big whoop,right?
Superbowl food is all over the place.
How about we throw in a free
“Wilton Armetale $49.99 Gourmet Grillware Pizza Tray“?
Now we’re talking.
Check this out…
Who knew you could cook pizza on your cooktop/stove?
I didn’t, until I was recently contacted by Wilton Armetale.
They asked me if I would like to review one of their products.
I was quickly drawn to their “Gourmet Grillware Pizza Tray”.
I make pizza all the time, but not on the stove…
this pan sounded amazing.
I received my free pan FAST and tried it out immediately.
The pan is made of Armetale Metal and can be used on your stove (gas or electric), grill, or in your oven.
It’s great because you can serve everything on the tray keeping it warm (or cool).
This is how I did it:
Before I put my dough on the pan, I drizzled a swirl of olive oil, and rubbed it all over.
Then I turned the gas on medium.
(I haven’t tried electric, but it is an option to try.)
After the pan heated up, I placed my prepared pizza dough on it.
(here is where you can find my favorite pizza dough if you need it)
While it began to cook, I swirled on a little more olive oil on this side.
I left it on medium and kept an eye on it until it was nice and brown on the bottom.
After about 5-10 minutes, I flipped it and put my favorite toppings on it.
While I let those cook, I watched the bottom crisp up.
It didn’t take much longer and the cheese was melted, and the dough was perfect.
Crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside.
It was FABULOUS pizza.
It had that “fire roasted” taste and we gobbled it all up at once.
This would be perfect for the Super Bowl.
It was fun to make, and it was easy clean up (just hot water & mild soap).
Did I mention it comes with a “lifetime warranty”?
On a side note…when our power went out for 5 days over Christmas, I made 4 of these pizzas.
We couldn’t get enough of it.
It was so convenient to have for the power outage.
If interested in receiving a free “Gourmet Grilled Pizza Pan” you can enter my giveaway below.

Thanks Katie! I’ll be there!
What a GREAT IDEA.
Pizza can be made on the barbeque why couldn’t it be made on the stovetop.
I’m sure other foods can be made this way.
Fantastic.
Oh NOOOO!!! (that’s me screaming because I missed this awesome giveaway). I love Armetale from afar. Did you ever have a gift that you bought someone else that you wanted for yourself? I bought my niece several Armetale pieces for her bridal shower and every time I’m at her house and she uses them to serve I get a twinge of jealousy…but I’m happy that she likes them so much.
Your pizza looks so delicious and so do the other recipes you shared ~ love them ALL!
Hugs,
Mary Beth
