I married my Italian almost 20 years ago.
I know, I talk about him a lot, but that’s okay.
I love the guy, and I’ll never stop talking about him as long as I live.
So, you would think since I married an Italian, I would have at least TRIED “Italian Wedding Soup”, right?
Wrong.
Mai! (that’s never in Italian)

I’m cooking over at Debbie Doo’s again today, and it’s one of my best recipes yet.
Rick & I recently went out to lunch and he ordered “Italian Wedding Soup”.
I decided to finally give it a taste because it looked so yummy.
Then I went home and tried to replicate it with what I had on hand.
I was thrilled with the results.
So was my Italian.

Oh I love Italian Wedding Soup. They used to make it at a restaurant in our neighbourhood and we went for it all the time. It’s now closed and haven’t had it since! I’m going to check out that recipe – I should make it!!
